My Brand-New TN-760 Jumbo cartridge is not accepted by the printer
|
The memory inside the machine may need to be reset:
- Try turning off the printer, unplugging it, and letting it set for five minutes.
- After five minutes, plug the printer back in and turn it back on.

If there is a chip on the cartridge, something may have gotten on it that is disrupting the connection between the chip and the
printer:
- Clean the chip off with rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol to remove anything that is disrupting this connection.
