When you purchase a JetPak we'll mail you a pre-stamped, pre addressed box. All you do is fill out your name and mailing address, put your cartridge in the box and drop it in a mailbox. It will be returned to you, re-filled and tested in about one week. Good only in the US and one cartridge per box please.
