The compatible C5011AN (HP 14-Black) cartridge that I Refilled is not accepted by the printer
The Expiration Date on the cartridge may have passed, or the
ink level indicators have not been properly disabled:
- Check the expiration date on the cartridge to make sure that the cartridge
has not expired. If the expiration date on the cartridge has passed,
the cartridge can no longer be used.
- Once you have confirmed that the cartridge is not past its expiration
date, you will need to disable the ink level indicator for that
cartridge. If you are unable to disable the ink levels, you will have
to refill the cartridges while they are in your machine.
